**Job Title**: Back Office Executive

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company data, records, and documentation accurately
- Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports and maintain data logs as required
- Support the management with data entry, file management, and basic correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in back-office or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Job Type**: Full-time
