Office Administrator

**ob description**
1. Office related work (Bank, Stationery, File arrangements, preparing vouchers, preparing invoices, Follow up with clients etc)
2. GST/TDS payment
3. Assist key team members in the rollout of initiatives
4. Organising meetings
5. Prepare salary
6. Mailing & filing correspondence
7. Managing files & reports
8. Attending phone calls, Maintaining attendance, and leave records
10. Filing returns
11. Communicating and managing day to day operations
12. Engaging with external vendors, banking, and accounting relationships
13. Maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals, website, Linkedin profile.
14. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on clients’ side to execute/ renew agreements.
15. Work with respective directors/ team members to handle communications with prospects from initial contact until onboarding.
16. Manage banking relationships.
17. Updating all licenses and maintain all in one file.
18. All other aspects wrt office administration
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
