**Job Title: Event Planner**

**Location**: Dumas Road, Vesu, Surat

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Experience**: 2-3 years (Preferred in weddings, luxury events, or hospitality)

**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative, cost-effective event design concepts, layouts, and themes
- Attend client meetings to understand their vision, style, and requirements
- Conduct venue site visits and provide on-location design recommendations
- Source and coordinate décor elements, flowers, props, and vendor support
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, event technology, and décor innovations
- Contribute to flower styling, thematic development, and hands-on event setup

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in event design, event planning, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous event styling and design work
- Proficiency in design tools/software (e.g., Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and travel as needed
