Taking care of newspaper committee.
- To make the Event Sheet on every month
- To make the transport requisition for all the field trips & any other if any
- To make the micro-plans & take approval of all next month’s events by top management
- To upload Calendar events on ERP every month.
- To co-ordinate with Advt. Designer for Goenkan Magazine.
- Next year’s planning to be done for annual & Hostel.
- Managing pre-planning of Tours with Administrator & tour operator
- To coordinate for competition outside the school.
- To make a survey in other schools all over the world for events held.
- Coordinating with the Transport & Food Department before & after the event.
- Coordinating for completion of preparation, follow-up, printing of Annual Calendar and Hostel Calendar according to the dates predefined.
- Follow up for Sports Day planning with Sports Incharge.
- Co-ordinate for inviting\calling Chief Guest for Major Events/Activities
- Activity Coordination.
- To maintain Purchase record file & get approval of cost involved in activities from the Administrator.
- To make the circulars
- To plan trips in India 3 months prior, outside India 3 month prior and in the city before 1 week
- Taking care of all activities mention in yearly planner.
- To invite those for our mega events to those who provided their services to our school throughout the year.
- To meet people for new proposals related to various activities.
- To get better ideas from different schools of world & gets activity programme better.
- Co-ordinate for Events/Activities & Trips in Hostel.
- To co-ordinate with the vendor for Class\Staff photography with the Administrator.
- To check whether for every big event a notice near Front desk glass door &outside back office door is placed on time
- To co-ordinate with students for Goenkan Tribune

**Salary**: From ₹70,000.00 per month
