**Introduction**:
We are seeking a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for orchestrating every aspect of weddings, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients. From conceptualization to execution, you will play a pivotal role in turning our clients' dream weddings into reality.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with various vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with the client's financial plan.
- **Timeline Planning**: Create detailed timelines and schedules for all wedding-related events, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and coordination of all activities during the wedding day.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- **Creative Input**: Provide creative ideas for themes, décor, and unique touches that align with the clients' preferences.
- **Stay Current**: Keep abreast of industry trends, new venues, and innovative wedding ideas to offer clients the latest and most exciting options.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
