**Introduction**:
As a Sales Executive specializing in the Hotel/Resort industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and establishing lasting partnerships. Your primary focus will be on promoting our hotel/resort offerings, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position demands a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can thrive in a competitive market and contribute to the growth of our hospitality business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on hotel/resort offerings, packages, and amenities to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- **Event Collaboration**: Work closely with event planners, corporate clients, and other partners to secure bookings for conferences, weddings, and other events.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
