Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing global e-commerce company based in Mumbai. We specialize in **importing and selling American products in India** and **exporting Indian products internationally** across 12 countries via Amazon and other marketplaces.
We are expanding into **B2B sales for cosmetics, supplements, and food products** (targeting **chemist chains, supermarket chains, and sports store chains**) while also **sourcing Indian products** for international e-commerce sales.
We are looking for a **B2B Sales & Domestic Product Sourcing Executive (Exports)** to drive **B2B sales and product procurement** for our export business. This role requires sales, negotiation, and sourcing skills to identify new opportunities and grow our global business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. B2B Sales & Business Development**
- **Build & maintain a database** of potential B2B clients (chemist chains, supermarkets, sports stores).
- **Make outbound calls** to introduce our products, gauge interest, and schedule meetings.
- **Attend virtual & physical meetings** with potential B2B clients.
- **Prepare & provide quotations** in coordination with internal teams.
- **Negotiate & close deals** with clients.
- **Coordinate the purchase & delivery** of goods to clients.
- **Follow up on invoices & payments** to ensure timely collections.
**2. Domestic Product Sourcing for Export E-commerce**
- **Research & identify Indian brands, manufacturers, and suppliers** for export categories such as books, apparel, sports goods, cosmetics, food, and supplements.
- **Contact vendors** to secure product and price lists.
- **Negotiate pricing and purchase terms** with Indian suppliers.
- **Coordinate invoicing, payments, and logistics** with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **1-3 years of experience** in B2B sales, sourcing, or business development.
- Strong **negotiation & vendor management skills**.
- Experience in **cold calling & client relationship management**.
- Ability to **conduct research & identify new suppliers and products** in India.
- **Self-motivated & target-driven** with a problem-solving mindset.
