**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities.
- **Client-Centric Approach**:

- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Deliver customized IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services, to address client challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**:

- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare high-quality sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Handle objections effectively and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Market and Competitive Intelligence**:

- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings to stay ahead in the market.
- Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Partner with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and delivery of proposed solutions.
- Work with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and drive brand awareness.
- **Post-Sales Support**:

- Ensure smooth handover to support teams for implementation and after-sales service.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and build lasting relationships.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, including activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
