Job Title**:Medical Representative**

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable **Medical Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your goal will be to increase awareness, sales, and market share of our products while building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Promote and detail the company’s products (medications, medical devices, etc.) to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- **Sales**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to promote customer loyalty and enhance product visibility.
- **Market Research**: Monitor competitor products, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest medical and pharmaceutical developments, product information, and regulatory guidelines.
- **Customer Education**: Educate healthcare providers on the benefits, usage, and side effects of products to ensure proper patient care.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data in CRM systems and provide regular reports to management.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to product promotion and sales practices.
- **Training & Development**: Attend training sessions, medical conferences, and seminars to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and medical affairs teams to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or additional certifications in pharmaceuticals is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate complex customer situations.
- **Key Attributes**: Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
