**Key Responsibilities: MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE**
- **Product Promotion and Sales**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct detailed presentations to medical professionals, highlighting the benefits and uses of the product.
- Develop and maintain a customer base to ensure continuous product sales and achieve sales targets.
- **Building Relationships**:

- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, such as doctors, chemists, and hospital staff.
- Provide regular follow-ups with existing clients and build trust over time.
- **Market Research**:

- Study and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth in the market.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest medical developments, new products, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Reporting**:

- Regularly report to the sales manager or supervisors regarding sales performance, market feedback, and competition.
- Maintain detailed records of meetings, calls, orders, and sales in a CRM system.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Organize and participate in promotional events, medical seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Support healthcare professionals with relevant promotional materials and samples.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor sales progress and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide after-sales support, ensuring the correct usage of products and addressing any queries from healthcare professionals.
- Address complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain a good company image.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor's Degree** in any stream B.SC/B.Com/B.A
- A medical or pharmacological background is beneficial but not always required.
- **Key Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with healthcare professionals and presenting products.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation**: Ability to persuade doctors and pharmacists to use specific products or prescribe medications.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Time Management**: Efficient time management skills to juggle multiple appointments and tasks.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to solve any issues that arise with customers or products.
- **Networking**: Building a strong network of medical professionals is key to success in this role.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the healthcare industry may also be considered.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and drug classes.

**Work Environment**:

- **Traveling**: Medical Representatives typically need to travel within a designated region, visiting healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
- **Working Hours**: Most MRs work during regular business hours, but flexible working hours may be required for meetings or events.

**Career Growth and Opportunities**:

- With experience, a Medical Representative may move up to roles like **Sales Manager**, **Area Sales Manager**, **Regional Sales Manager**, or even **National Sales Manager**.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
