**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
- Ensure that the product's benefits, features, and value are communicated clearly to HCPs.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets and market share objectives within the designated territory.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
- **Building Relationships**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to present product information and respond to inquiries.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Gather and report feedback from the market regarding competitors’ activities and product performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and potential new clients.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other important data.
- Report regularly to the sales manager on the progress, challenges, and new business opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, medical developments, and scientific literature related to the product.
- Ensure compliance with medical and industry regulations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze and interpret clinical and sales data.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market.
