Job Position: Office Assistant
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
, On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office records, documents, and files.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Support the procurement process by contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, and maintaining supplier records.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide support in coordinating events, conferences, and other company activities.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are replenished as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an office administration or assistant role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
