- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Handle office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Support team members with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; ability to create and edit simple graphics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
