- Experience leading a team of 10 with design and troubleshooting exposure.
- Need to possess DevOps (Jenkins pipeline) and Infra Unix/Tomcat exposure for deployments, assessments, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Cloud migration environments.
- Experience in implementing Pega Connectors Services.
- Experience in implementing Case Management solutions Pega job schedulers Queue processors Data Pages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile Engineering Practices
