**Responsibilities**:
- Provide solution architecture consultation working closely with the product teams and appropriate members within architecture team across regions and domains.
- Must adhere to Enterprise architecture standards, lead presentations in architecture review, strategic technology directions, and recommend best practices in solution development.
- Develop architecture artifacts that include Reference Architecture, Blueprints, Architecture working document, Technical Architecture diagram, etc. to depict proposed solution & support implementation.
- Collaborates with all stakeholders to develop, maintain and/or review current and future state Enterprise Architecture Standards, Guidelines, Blueprints and Roadmaps; Provide input and guidance to support architecture governance.
- Establish strong working relationship with IT product team and business leadership, provide architectural guidance in support of new business opportunities and integration across skill teams and stakeholders (internal and external).
- Lead and support product teams in analysis and identification of issues when the architecture does not meet requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, data design, integration testing, audit compliance, information failure mode analysis); Works with product teams to assess the cost, risk and business value of architecture alternatives.
**Requirement**:
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PC-LSA) or Senior System Architect (PC-SSA) - Must
- Solution Architect with hands-on experience with Pega - Must
- Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment. - Must
- Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the Pega architecture, design and implementation features. - Must
- Exceptional communication skills in English both written and oral. - Must
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques.
- Participate in vendor solution evaluation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple project efforts simultaneously.
- 10+ yrs of IT SDLC development.
- 6+ yrs of Pega System Architect role
- 3+ yrs in Fulltime Solution Architect role.
- 1+ yrs in Pega workflow development/operation support role - Preferred
