Technical Expertise

  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Pega platform development
  • Pega KYC or CLM experience is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of PRPC Integration Services: Rule-Connects/Services, Activities, Declarative Processing
  • Skilled in REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka Topics & Data Flows
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex systems and business processes using Pega.

Functional Skills:

  • Proven experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments
  • Strong grasp of Client-Server and Digital Applications
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation
  • Ability to ensure quality across technical and application architecture

Soft Skills

  • Influences cross-functional teams with deep technical insights
  • Self-motivated and proactive able to drive initiatives independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior and executive stakeholders
