Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, case management, and process orchestration.

Design and develop Pega BPM applications using Pega PRPC and related frameworks.

Translate business requirements into robust Pega solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Lead architecture and design of Pega-based systems across the full software development lifecycle.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and performance standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, converting them into technical specifications.

Mentor junior developers and architects on Pega development standards.

Implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system scalability.

Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and release notes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
