**Key responsibilities include**:

- Define and prioritize the IoT product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Gather and analyze requirements from Stakeholders, Customers, and market trends to ensure successful product development.
- Work closely with Development teams to create detailed product specifications and drive the development process.
- Work with teams to create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
- Collaborate with design and user experience teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly IoT devices.
- Ensure the IoT platform meets industry standards, data security, and compliance regulations.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the IoT hardware space.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including release planning, feature prioritization, and end-of-life decisions.
- As a Product Owner/Scrum Master, Manage/Implement agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement necessary improvements based on data-driven insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 to 16 yrs of overall experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager and Scrum Master in the IoT domain.
- Solid understanding of IoT technologies, connectivity options, and Product development processes.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, other collaboration tools

**Other Beneficial Skills**:

- Conceptual or practical knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS)
- Understanding of SDLC and HDLC concepts
