**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Product Owner, working with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with company goals
- Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Create and maintain incident and user management processes to ensure a customer focused interaction with our service
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and prioritized
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that features and user stories are clearly defined, and acceptance criteria are agreed upon
- Lead a small team of Developers
- Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating the Agile/Scrum processes for the team
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions
- Qualifications:

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experienced with Master Data Management and Procurement processes would be a plus
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Excellent English and communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional international teams within different time zones
- Experience as a Scrum Master or willingness to learn and take on the role
- Basis knowledge of AWS Services or willingness to learn
