- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with all applicants.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Draft and extend job offers, ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policies.
- **Employer Branding**:
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
- Promote the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience requirements vary depending on the level of the role).
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to assess hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
