**Job Title: IT Recruiter**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' hiring activities to inform recruitment decisions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of recruitment practices and tools.
- **Employer Branding**: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably specializing in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Experience with technical assessments or proficiency in evaluating IT skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment processes.
- Previous experience in employer branding or talent acquisition marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
