We're seeking a talented and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for our technical positions, playing a key role in building our team with the best and brightest minds in the industry.

**Location**: Dahisar (East), Mumbai
**Experience**: 1-2 years

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, role expectations, and overall hiring goals.
- Provide regular updates on your recruitment progress and keep the team informed about IT market trends.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful hires.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and inform future strategies.

**What You Bring**:

- **A strong foundation**: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- **Proven experience**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- **Technical know-how**: A solid understanding of IT technologies, tools, and various IT roles.
- **Tech-savvy**: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- **Excellent communication skills**: The ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.
- **Strong organizational skills**: A knack for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
