**Job Title**:Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)
**Location**: Onsite
**Experience**:1-5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **vendors, clients, and consultants**.
- Source and identify requirements from **job portals, vendors, and direct clients**.
- Submit resumes, negotiate **rates**, and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients and provide necessary interview guidance.
- Achieve placement targets through aggressive **marketing, networking, and relationship building**.

**Requirements**:

- **1-5 years** of experience in US IT Staffing as a **Bench Sales Recruiter**.
- Strong understanding of **US recruitment process, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa classifications**.
- Ability to **work independently** and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with **job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM tools**.
- Ability to work in **US time zones (EST, CST, PST)**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with **Tier-1 vendors and direct clients**.
- Prior experience in **contract staffing and bench marketing**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
