Designation
- Quality Assurance Executive
- 1.Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

2.Documenting and reporting service quality issues

3.Developing and implementing standards for inspection

4.Communicating with other team members to solve problems

5.Training other quality assurance members on all inspection processes

6.Draft quality assurance policies and procedures

7.Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

8.Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

9.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

10.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

11.Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

12.Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

13.Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality

standards and documenting

14.Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

15.Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Responsible for document management systems

16.Maintaining all documents Master and Controlled copies

Maintaining and Monitoring QA Observations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
