**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, report, and track software bugs and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently.
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure quality standards.
- Use testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive test cases and increase testing efficiency.
- Ensure the software adheres to industry best practices and standards.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or similar.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python for test automation.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
