Job Description Role : Salesforce Tester Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 7 Years + Shift : 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium, Salesforce testing, and automation frameworks, along with proven ability to manage testing teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications including UI, functional, and regression testing. - Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using Selenium and related tools. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality and timely releases. - Identify, log, and track defects; ensure proper resolution and documentation. - Manage and mentor a small team of testers; ensure adherence to testing best practices. - Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. - Ensure testing processes align with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage. Required Skills: - Salesforce Testing: Minimum 7 years (Manual + Automation). - Selenium: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and QA methodologies. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Proven experience in managing or mentoring testing teams. - Exposure to manufacturing domain preferred.
