**Job Title**: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

**Location**: Hybrid mode (2 days in Hyderabad Office)

**Work Time**: 2 PM to 11 PM

**Compensation**: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
The QA Tester is responsible for analyzing non-functional requirements, preparing and executing performance test plans, and ensuring thorough testing for web-based software and APIs. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams and requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain test plans and test cases; automate and execute tests.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to understand requirements.
- Conduct integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and ensure defect resolution.
- Use tools like Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, and others for performance and API testing.
- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies or Kanban practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Technology, or Accounting).
- QA certification from an accredited program.
- 3-6 years of experience with web-based products, APIs, and testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML/CSS/JS, Agile methodologies, and version control systems.

**Skills Set**:

- **Software Testing**: Automation, Manual, Load, Functional, Performance, UI, API, Database, UAT.
- **Automation Tools**: Selenium, Postman, Swagger, LoadRunner or JMeter (preferred).
- **Programming/Scripting**: Python/JavaScript, HTML/CSS/JS or JQuery.
- **Test Management Tools**: Quality Center, Azure DevOps, Jira - Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
- **Database/API**: SQL queries, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Swagger API Platform.
- **Performance Analysis**: Load, stress, and performance testing methodologies.
- **Version Control System**: GIT, VSTS, Azure DevOps.
- **Certifications**: Quality Assurance certification (if applicable).

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a matrix reporting structure.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
