responsibilities Audits and Assessments Conduct thorough audits of processes procedures and outputs to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements Identify deviations errors or areas for improvement through meticulous examination and analysis of documentation data and operational practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified issues and enhance quality assurance practices Document audit findings observations and recommendations in clear and concise reports and communicate them to relevant stakeholders Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to verify effectiveness and ensure sustained compliance with quality standards Provide guidance and support to team members on quality assurance processes procedures and best practices Conduct regular reviews and assessments of quality management systems to identify opportunities for process experience required Relevant experience in similar auditing roles preferably in RPO BPO KPO MSP Recruitment Sourcing 2 years experience in quality auditing is required Stakeholder management on an operational management level Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective auditing strategies Proficiency in conducting thorough quality audits and assessments Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and interpretation Excellent communication skills for report writing and stakeholder interaction Capability in root cause analysis and development of corrective actions Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards knowledge RPO MSP BPO KPO etc Capability to lead and inspire others towards a culture of quality
