**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Systems Implementation**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to quality management systems (QMS) like ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- **Product Inspection and Testing**:

- Oversee and perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct functional and reliability testing on electronic assemblies.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all manufacturing processes align with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare for and assist during internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer inspections.
- **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)**:

- Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze quality performance data using KPIs, identify trends, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and resolve technical issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and provide updates to management on quality performance.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance within an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP).
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with PCB assembly, soldering quality standards, and surface-mount technology (SMT).
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.

Pay: ₹282,375.63 - ₹1,298,709.90 per year
