**Job Purpose**

Driving new products / capability development with tech teams / partners for any new proposition.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Brief development, demand creation and management
- Project manage and drive cross functional teams to create allied processes
- Design and develop related consumer journeys across touchpoints
- Drive product development UATs with IT / Cross Functional teams
- Drive configuration across all systems - CRM, CPOS, Web, App, VConnect, SDP etc

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Work closely with technology partners to explore new trends & create new capabilities to deliver innovative solutions for postpaid consumers & around International Roaming
- Project Management
- Managing cross functional relationships to drive business outcomes
- Communication & Interpersonal skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MBA with 7 to 10 years experience
