**Location**

**Job Purpose**

Build & scale up quality postpaid acquisitions nationally, by spearheading the Outbound channel. The purpose of the role is drive the postpaid net add and revenue enhancement agenda through the Outbound channel

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Achieve acquisition net of churn as per DB for all segment - Consumer, Digital, Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP, large accounts etc
- Planning the architecture of the DSA channel - in terms of cities to operate in, ROI Model, COCA design etc
- Drive the DSA channel as a separate vertical and increase the volume and share of DSA channel in overall postpaid share
- Leading the CSP / DST channel nationally
- Drive consumer and IOIP postpaid through the DST / CSP channel by ensuring optimum productivity of this channel
- Monitor and ensure availability of DST / CSP / TL manpower as per budgeted numbers
- Drive the training agenda of the DSA and DST manpower
- Automation of DSA and DST verticals
- Supervise financial compliance of CSP / DST channel by designing and implementing relevant processes
- Coordinating with the Postpaid Digital Vertical to track and enhance Digital / Neo acquisition in markets where the mapping and delivery is through the CSP / DST channel

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Experience in DST / DSA management
- Operation excellence & team handling
- Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities
- Process improvement mind set
- Ability to coordinate with and influence other functions for alignment on priorities related to the outbound vertical

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Preferably an MBA
- 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment
