Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
As a business development coordinator, you will play a vital role in representing our organization and raising funds to support our mission. You will engage with potential donors in person, effectively conveying our organization's messaging, and inspiring them to become financial supporters. Your efforts will directly contribute to our fundraising goals and help us make a positive impact in our community. - Effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and impact to potential donors, inspiring them to contribute funds. - Build and maintain positive relationships with potential donors, providing excellent donor relations and stewardship. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, donations, and other relevant information in the organization's database. - Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance fundraising skills and knowledge. - Utilize fundraising techniques, strategies, and scripts provided by the organization to maximize donor engagement and fundraising results. - Meet set income targets by signing paid-supporters for the client. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with the organization’s goals. - Developing policies: Establishing policies for collecting and safeguarding contributions Qualification: Graduate

Communication: English

Location: Banglore/Pune

Knowledge and Skills: Strong inter-personal skills and a professional with strong commitment to customer service, and proven ability in oral and written communications in English, including public speaking and promotional writing.

Ability to interact with high-level donors and volunteers while advancing individual relationships resulting in philanthropic contributions and commitments. Works independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment while being comfortable with qualitative and quantitative evaluation.

Self-starter, highly organized and able to proactively schedule and manage time and projects. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and reach goals in a timely fashion. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, and strong organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge of additional local languages will be an added advantage. Familiarity with non-profit associations and charitable tax regulations, including donor privacy policies and practices.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
