IT Executive

**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**:

- Troubleshooting Expertise: Take ownership of resolving technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and maximizing system uptime.
- Network Management: Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and data transfer across all systems and locations.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and updates of IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and offering guidance on best practices for IT usage.
- Local Coordination: Act as a liaison between the IT department and local stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and requirements, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT activities, including troubleshooting logs, network configurations, and user support interactions. Generate regular reports on IT performance and metrics for management review.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on IT tools, processes, and security protocols, promoting a culture of awareness and competence in IT usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of IT systems and services, implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support services and negotiate contracts and service level agreements as needed.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to IT operations, security, and data privacy.
- By fulfilling these responsibilities and delivering on key objectives, the IT Executive contributes to the smooth functioning of Hartek Group's IT infrastructure and supports the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

**Qualification & Other Requirements**:

- Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in IT.
- Relevant Experience: Preferably, have practical experience in troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance, showcasing competence in handling IT tasks for 2-3 years not less than that.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Exhibit a problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and proactively seek solutions to technical issues as they arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
