**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable **SEO Expert** with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in SEO and is ready to take full ownership of search optimization strategies, technical audits, and performance-driven SEO initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and stakeholders to boost organic visibility and traffic across multiple digital properties.

**Job Location and Address**:
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

- ** Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and site structure.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues in collaboration with the web development team.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, HTML/CSS basics, and website architecture.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach strategies.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms like contentful.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content across platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, traffic trends, and actionable.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- ** SEO Expertise**: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. In-depth knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- ** Client Management**: Proven ability to interact directly with clients, manage relationships, and understand client needs and goals.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts in an easy-to understand manner.
- ** Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose SEO issues and implement effective solutions.
- ** Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how these technologies impact SEO.
