**Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator**
- (For an Islamic Spiritual Wellbeing App)_

**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized **Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator** to support the creation of our Islamic spiritual wellbeing app. This role is perfect for someone energetic, people-oriented, and detail-focused, who can help us onboard writers, artists, and other creative contributors while coordinating content throughout the production cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program & Content Research**:

- Assist in maintaining the list of program categories, sub-categories, and program names.
- Research content from other wellbeing and Islamic apps for benchmarking and fresh ideas.
- **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:

- Identify and reach out to potential contributors, including:

- Writers (program writers, story writers)
- Popular speakers and scholars
- Voice-over artists & audio editors
- Graphic & motion illustrators
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Prepare and maintain agreements with creators.
- **Coordination & Documentation**:

- Save content systematically to the cloud repository.
- Coordinate with all contributors (writers, editors, VO, designers, illustrators) to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track deadlines and progress in project management tools.
- **Daily Activities**:

- Support talent onboarding and documentation.
- Content follow-ups and repository updates.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success volunteers for beta testing feedback.
- Work with Naqeeb (program group admins/researchers) to align program cycles.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Organized and detail-oriented with basic project coordination skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a **mission-driven Islamic environment**.
- Interest in Islamic knowledge, wellbeing, or content development (preferred).
- Open to fresh graduates or juniors who are willing to learn quickly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
