**About the Job**

As a Marketing Executive/AM - Offline Marketing/Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for executing the offline marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.

What you will do:

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade (GT, MT, and Exclusive Brand outlets) through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Working closely with sales team (ASMs and Sales Officers) to devise Point-of-sale branding, fixtures, and marketing collaterals for key outlets
- Working closely with the brand and creative team to conceptualise and develop high impact Point-of-Sale material
- Working with vendors and agencies for timely and cost-effective execution of trade promotions, POSM and visibility
- Planning and executing events, activation and offline partnerships to drive brand awareness, visibility and retail offtakes
- Visiting the GT, MT and EBO markets regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, guidelines are respected and exploring new offline opportunities for visibility and awareness

What you need to have:

- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience of handling Trade Marketing or Sales in FMCG/ Cosmetics/ F&B industry
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and creative skills and comfort dealing with numerical data
- Ability to influence and coordinate with different stakeholders
