**Job Overview**

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for project sales in premium architectural products. This role involves field sales, client interaction, and business development across the Mumbai region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell premium products: UPVC Windows & Doors, Shower Cubicles, Glass Railings, Kitchen & Wardrobe Shutters, LED Mirrors, etc.
- Conduct **3-4 client meetings daily** with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
- Generate leads through **site visits** and market mapping of residential projects.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure payment follow-ups.
- Maintain sales pipeline with accurate reports on leads, meetings, quotes, and conversions.
- Act as the **primary point of contact** for the customer throughout the sales cycle.
- Graduate with strong English communication skills.
- 0-3 years of experience in **B2B / Project Sales / Field Sales** (preferred).
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a **field-based role**.
- Residency in West Mumbai, South Mumbai, or Central Mumbai (up to Thane) **is mandatory**.
- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with HNI clients & professionals.
- Willing to travel extensively for meetings and site visits.

- Building materials / Hardware / Architectural products
- Interior design or allied industry exposure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
