Among its flagship projects, the company proudly manages **Hip Hop International (HHI) India**, one of the world’s most prestigious dance championships, giving Indian dancers a platform to represent the country globally.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Hip Hop International India events, workshops, and competitions.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging promotional materials.
- Build brand partnerships and enhance brand presence both online and offline.
- Coordinate PR activities and media outreach to maximize visibility.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers for HHI events.
- Develop proposals and pitch decks for sponsorships and collaborations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve revenue targets through ticketing, merchandising, and event-related sales.
- Explore cross-promotional opportunities with brands, studios, and influencers.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for HHI auditions, workshops, and finals.
- Support onsite event marketing and brand activations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure brand commitments are delivered.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in **marketing, sales, or business development** (event/entertainment industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in **digital marketing & social media management**.
- Passion for **dance, music, and entertainment industry** is a big plus.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
