**Job Description for Marketing and Sales**

Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd is a creative leader in the entertainment industry, producing innovative content that captivates and inspires audiences globally. They collaborated with Hip Hop International 15 years ago and brought it to India. They've been organizing events in India for 15 years. A movie called ABCD 2 was made based on their real story. The Indian Hip Hop Dance Championship, Renowned as India's premier dance festival, we bring together passionate dance enthusiasts from every corner of the country, uniting them in a celebration of our shared love for the art of movement.

Dance studio Café introduced a unique concept combining performing arts, cafe, and restaurant in India. They offer services like ad films, social media marketing, and creative agency work for brands. They've developed a world's-first virtual app.

1. **Marketing and Sales Experience**: Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality industry.

2. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively promote the brand and negotiate with clients.

3. **Creative Thinking**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers.

4. **Networking**: Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd including events, cafe, and dancehall.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.

3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

4. Event Promotion: Promote events and activities, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.

**Performance Goals**

1. Increase Brand Visibility: Increase brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing strategies.

2. Drive Sales: Generate new business leads and convert them into sales, increasing revenue for Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd.

3. Improve Event Attendance: Increase attendance at events and activities, ensuring maximum engagement and participation.

We are looking for someone to join their team to focus on marketing and sales to help expand their business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
