Title: Business Development Executive - Project Sales

Location Based: Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Development:

  • Sell premium architectural products such as UPVC Windows & Doors, Shower Cubicles, Glass Railings, Kitchen & Wardrobe Shutters, and LED Mirrors.
  • Handle complete project-based market sales – this is a field market sales role, not a desk job.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct 3–4 client meetings per day for lead generation and conversion.
  • Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and dealers to generate business.
  • Attend and scan residential construction sites to identify new project opportunities.

Product Demonstration & Consultation:

  • Provide technical consultation using product samples and digital tools.
  • Present solutions to HNI customers, architects, interior designers, developers and contractors with clarity and confidence.

Sales Operations:

  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer – from initial meeting to site measurement, order finalization, and payment follow-up.

Performance Review:

  • Track performance against defined KPIs – leads generated, meetings done, quotes submitted, site scans, and order sales conversions.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly reviews.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Freshers with strong communication and sales interest will be considered)
  • Communication: Must have good command over English and ability to interact with HNI clients and industry professionals.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years in project sales or B2B sales
  • Preferred: Experience in building materials, architectural products, hardware, interiors, or allied industries (*_Not from paint background)*_

Residency Requirement:

  • Candidates must be from West Mumbai (Bandra to Virar), South Mumbai, or Central Mumbai (up to Thane)

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Thane, and nearby locations.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of client meetings per day (min 3–4)
  • Leads generated daily basis (offline + digital)
  • Quotations shared and converted
  • Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors Developers onboarded.
  • Residential project sites scanned.
  • Monthly sales closed order booked and payments collected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
