This role is strategic, focusing on long-term growth and new client acquisition, which differentiates it from a sales executive who primarily focuses on short-term sales targets. Key responsibilitiesA BDE's core responsibilities typically include:
- Prospecting for new leads: Using research, cold outreach, and networking events to identify new clients.
- Building client relationships: Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with potential and existing clients.
- Executing sales strategies: Preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts to close new business deals.
- Analyzing market trends: Staying updated on industry changes, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on strategies and ensure customer needs are met.
- Meeting sales targets: Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
