Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Administrative Executive with

providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our

organization. The Administrative Executive will play a crucial role in managing office activities,

handling executive-level tasks, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies,

equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Manage office maintenance and repairs as necessary.

Administrative Support:

- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle and screen phone calls and correspondence.

Data Management:

- Maintain and organize company files and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Manage records, databases, and confidential information.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Communication:

- Act as the first point of contact for the organization, handling inquiries and routing

them to the appropriate personnel.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications.

Event Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, catering, and scheduling.

Travel Arrangements:

- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for staff.
- Process travel expenses and reimbursements.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts when necessary.

Budget Management:

- Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses.
- Monitor and manage office-related expenditures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role for at least 3 years.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
