Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and handle queries related to billing.
- Expense Management: Process and track employee expense claims and company expenses. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal use and external stakeholders.
- Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Document Management: Handle filing, data entry, and document management tasks, ensuring that all records are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
