Handling labour issues related to office work
- Handling government / BMC issues if any arise
- Managing office supplies for toiletries,stationary, electronics, telephones, sim cards, etc.
- Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
- Managing office papers and storing them efficiently
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Handling issues of drivers, office boys,cleaners, helpers
- Training and induction of drivers, office boys, cleaners, helpers
- Handling couriers and tracking
- Ensuring the tracking details are communicated with the respective departments
- Handling flight, visa and other bookings
- Handling documentation work for HOD’s and managers
- Site visits to manage things at factory or other offices
- Ensuring each person has visiting cards
- Ensuring onboarding formalities in case of absence of HR person
- Working in tandem with HR executive for smooth functioning of the office
- Assisting HR for employee onboarding
- Assisting HR for office events
- Ensure inventory of office supplies is maintained
- Handling office building issues if any
- Servicing, repairing and auditing AC and other equipment’s of office
- Ensuring cleanliness of office at all times
- Handling and recording incoming documents and samples, equipment and couriers
- Find vendors for office supplies and negotiate better deals
- Handle bank related work if any
- Coordinating with housekeeping agencies and ensuring adequate manpower in office
- Taking care of office renovations
- Ensuring all electrical and plumbing work is up to date and solve issues immediately if they rise
- Coordinating with pest control requirement for office
- Assisting IT in smooth maintenance of servers, laptops, phones and other gadgets
**Other factors**:
- Proven and previous experience as Admin Assistant or Executive in an office handling minimum 50 plus employees
- Knowledge of MS office
- Proficiency in English
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of government and banking related work
**Qualities**:
- Street smart
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
