**Position Overview**:
Are you a digital advertising pro with expertise in **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads**? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and take our ad campaigns to the next level

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure high-performing ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Create engaging ad creatives and copy that drive clicks and conversions.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to maximize results.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in running and managing **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads campaigns**.
- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad designs and messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- [Optional] Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
