**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**campaigns.
- Conduct thorough **keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.**:

- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on ad performance.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure consistent growth in conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest **platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.**:

- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1+ years) managing **Google & Meta ad campaigns.**:

- Strong understanding of **PPC, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.**:

- Certification in **Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint** preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.**:

- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
