**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals to drive engagement and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with our internal team and clients to understand their goals and ensure campaigns are aligned with their objectives.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Paid Ads Expert or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with lead generation campaigns and strategies.
Certification in Google Ads and other relevant platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
