Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Meta/Facebook Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative experimentation, we’d love to connect Key responsibilities - Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) - Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reach - Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvement - Monitor key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and optimize accordingly - Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging - Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency - Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, new features, and industry trends - Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clients Requirements - Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager - Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels - Experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spend - Familiarity with Meta Events Manager, Pixel, and tracking setups - Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills What You'll Gain - Deep experience in full-funnel paid media strategy and execution - Exposure to diverse, high-impact campaigns across industries - Hands-on learning in budget optimization, creative testing, and scaling - Opportunity to make measurable contributions to brand growth through performance marketing
