**About Us**:
Daabu Jaipur is a leading ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, suits, lehengas, bridal wear, and Indo-western outfits. We are looking for a skilled **Meta Ads Expert** to create and manage high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to maximize ROI and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize **Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns** for lead generation and sales.
- Conduct **audience research** and create highly targeted ad sets.
- Write compelling **ad copies** and design engaging creatives (with our design team).
- Monitor ad performance and continuously **optimize for cost-efficiency and high ROI**.
- Implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track conversions, analyze reports, and suggest data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest **Meta advertising trends** and algorithm changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in running **Meta Ads for e-commerce/fashion brands**.
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing, CPC, ROAS, and audience targeting**.
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Business Manager, Pixel, and Custom Audiences**.
- Ability to analyze ad performance data and implement necessary changes.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design & video editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on ROI.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
