We partner with clients across entertainment, e-commerce, healthcare, and travel industries to deliver measurable results.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a results-driven Meta/Facebook Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram .If you’re passionate about performance marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative experimentation, we’d love to connectKey responsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reachExecute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvementMonitor key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and optimize accordinglyCollaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messagingAnalyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiencyStay updated on Meta Ads policies , new features, and industry trendsPrepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clientsRequirementsProven hands-on experience with Meta Ads ManagerStrong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnelsExperience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spendFamiliarity with Meta Events Manager , Pixel , and tracking setupsAnalytical mindset and ability to make data-driven marketing decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat You'll GainDeep experience in full-funnel paid media strategy and executionExposure to diverse, high-impact campaigns across industriesHands-on learning in budget optimization, creative testing, and scalingOpportunity to make measurable contributions to brand growth through performance marketing
